Abby Youngs

Abby comes to Acroyoga with a theatre arts and circus background and finds both adventure and serenity in the flow of Acro. From therapeutics to explosive pops, Acroyoga offers something for everyone and there is great joy in sharing it. Hailing from Ohio, but residing in San Diego, Abby hopes to use Acroyoga as a vehicle to spread happiness and open communication between people across cultures. "The world is a playground."
