A bit about our TEACHERS:
Jaime's yoga journey began in 2014 after her first Acroyoga class. Acroyoga was challenging and fun, and showed Jaime what her body was capable of. This is the feeling she wishes to spread to all yogis and yoginis who participate in both her yoga and acroyoga classes. Both practices should be - and can be - accessible for all! After taking her 250-hr Vinyasa Yoga Training with Luna Yoga, 100-hr Acroyoga Level 1 training with Acroyoga Montreal and 16-hr Pre-natal Training with Little Lotus Yoga, she is always looking for more to learn and inspire!

Kato Cawker is an experienced facilitator and yoga teacher she loves bringing groups together to learn and play with intentionality. She is an AcroYoga Montreal Certified teacher. Kate loves making acro safe and accessible honouring the process and staying grounded with her Ashtanga Yoga background. She believes in an emphasis on informed consent, respecting personal boundaries and body neutrality. She likes to bring an element of play and fun into her classes so people feel free to be themselves, get creative and have a lot of fun.
