Join us for a two-day AcroYoga Weekend Intensive in the heart of the Devon countryside!

This immersive weekend brings together Jessie and Eugene of AcroYoga Montréal — the visionary founders of “AcroYoga” — alongside Elise and Adam of Beerwood Studio. Expect two full days of workshops, games, and jamming, blending experience, creativity, and connection.

Whether you love acro, want to refine tricky skills, deepen your practice, or play with creative movement, this weekend is for you. The training weaves together Elise and Adam’s calm and creative approach with Jessie and Eugene’s distinctive Montréal style, creating a rich and inspiring mix.

Across the weekend we’ll fuse dance, acrobatics, and yoga, exploring how movement connects mind, body, breath, and relationships — all in a supportive, joyful atmosphere.

This 10-hour multi-level training will include:
    •    Refining classic acro techniques
    •    Learning and creating original flows
    •    Exploring new and challenging material
    •    Signature Montréal-style skills
    •    Acro games and playful drills

Prerequisites: Some AcroYoga experience recommended, but the weekend is welcoming and adaptable to all levels.

Sunday afternoon is all about jamming and play — with Jessie, Eugene, Adam, and Elise on hand to offer support, explore and refine what you’ve been working on, turning practice into play.
