Everyone Upside Down with Allison Ulan
Saturday November 1 & December 13, 2008 2 – 5pm
Inversions are excellent for the heart, lungs, thyroid and much more when practiced with skill, appreciation and patience.
Because of how these postures stimulate the lungs and massage the heart and other deep tissue organs, inversions are the most exhilarating of all the yoga asana. However, they can be the most difficult to master.
